When you send a reservation request or message, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, and message. We don't collect this unless you choose to send it.

If analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymous, aggregate usage data. We don't use it to identify you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, confirm availability, arrange payment, and communicate about your stay. We never sell or rent your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us via a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and, when you book, a payment processor handles your payment securely. We don't store card details ourselves.
